First and foremost you need to be dependable. Doesn’t matter how good a Group Leader you are if you’re not at work doing the job. Candidates must possess excellent organizational and communication skills as well as computer literacy. Five years of progressive experience in Food Safety/Science supervision preferred. Five years experience in the food industry, specializing in fresh vegetable production, frozen vegetable repack and distribution desired. An Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
