Ton rôle au quotidien
Your mission will be to:
- Maintain consistent process flow of all packaging lines to produce safe, quality product within customer specifications adhering to all safety policies and regulations while maintaining efficiency and continuity
- Troubleshoot packaging equipment and perform preventative maintenance when required
- Maintain the cleanliness of your work area and perform tasks within safety standards to ensure all packaging equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly to HACCP and Food Safety specifications
- Communicate effectively to contribute to a positive work environment through effective team relations
- Share and implement ideas for continuous improvement as part of lean manufacturing initiatives

Ton profil
You have:
- Minimum grade 12 or equivalent diploma
- Previous food handling experience
- Ability to work rotating 12 hr continental shift work including weekends
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work at heights in a cold environment
- Quality conscious mindset and good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Strong written, verbal communication, and computer skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and promote a positive work environment
