Your daily role

The role of a Product Quality Group Leader is to provide leadership in associate training in regard to Quality Systems procedures, customer expectations and food safety requirements. Ensures line audits are conducted correctly and on time.  Manage facility held stock by assisting in timely disposition of the product and involve other as necessary. Maintain paperwork associated with product holds and releases. All products produced must meet stringent Federal and State Food Safety guidelines and requirements.

Your profile

First and foremost you need to be dependable.  Doesn’t matter how good a Group Leader you are if you’re not at work doing the job.  Candidates must possess excellent organizational and communication skills as well as computer literacy.  Five years of progressive experience in Food Safety/Science supervision preferred. Five years experience in the food industry, specializing in fresh vegetable production, frozen vegetable repack and distribution desired. An Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
